Your texts are important to me because they are important to you. Together we can work out the best possible solution for you. The more I know about your needs and aims, the better will the resultant translation match your requirements.

What you can do for me

Send the source document via email or the upload function of the contact form, ideally as a Microsoft Word or Open Office document. With larger projects you can send a few representative pages. I will then find out about the nature of the text and what I need to translate it properly.

For a correct quote I need the following information:

• The word count of the text you want me to translate
• When you need the translation to be delivered
• How you want the translation to be delivered
• Who the target readers are or how you want to use the text
• If the text need to meet predefined specifications (format, style, etc)
• Your contact details

What I will do

I will work out a quote and delivery date and send it to you within 24 hours after receiving the source text. I treat every enquiry with strict confidentiality. Should you decide not to use my services I will delete any documents I received from you immediately.
